What we process and why

• If you email us, we receive and store your message in order to respond and, where relevant, keep a business record. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interests.
• Our EU-based hosting provider may log technical request data (IP address, timestamp, browser, requested URL) to operate and protect the service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• We use a self-hosted instance of Plausible Analytics to count visits and understand which pages get attention. Plausible does not set cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and processes IP addresses transiently to compute anonymous visitor counts without storing them. The analytics data lives on the same infrastructure that serves this website. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by Greek tax and commercial law.

Our EU-based hosting provider, and — where Greek law requires — accountants, lawyers, or public authorities.

Your rights
